U14 Rockets Boys Summer 2024
A team is a group of individuals who come together to achieve a common goal or objective. In a team, members collaborate, communicate, and coordinate their efforts to accomplish tasks, solve problems, or create products/services. Teams can vary in size, structure, and purpose, but they typically share a sense of mutual accountability and work toward a collective outcome. Effective teamwork often involves leveraging each member's strengths, fostering open communication, and promoting collaboration.
You can always hear a good team.
A bad team you can never hear.
- They don’t talk to each other
- They don’t talk on defense
- They don’t talk on transition
- Bad Body Langue is Silent
- The only thing you hear from a bad team is excuses and complaints.
Our Team has no room for any of those points. By being a member of this team - you are committed to:
- Building your teammates up
- Understanding your teammate's strengths and leveraging them
- Understanding a teammate's weaknesses and helping them build them up
On an unpublished page - we will post our plays, and videos for training for this summer season of basketball for this group. We'll post that in the team chat and app to share with the boys.
